MANITO is the name given to our community kitchens, dining rooms located in extremely poor neighborhoods, community kitchens that are accessible to children from 0 to 12 years old and where we calm the hunger of the moment, we nourish your body and give you tools for proper physical and brain development so that you break the circles of poverty.

Community kitchens MANITO are nourished with food recovered and made in ALMA , it is the way we close the recovery cycle, delivering each ration with love and ensuring through an income control system that each child receives their food daily, the children also receive nutritional assessment once a month where their weight and height are recorded.

MANITO is a joint effort between the Fundacion Alimentar Colombia and the parents of the beneficiary children, they are in charge of keeping the dining rooms clean as well as a team of Collaborators help us when the children enter and when they serve.
